It was my first time going to Dave's hot chicken. When you walk inside, it's very well lit. It was very clean and welcoming. The young lady greeted us as soon as we walked in the door, which was pleasant and we were able to place our order. My son decided to order tenders with the level of medium and I decided to order tenders as well with light mild. When we got our food, it was fresh and hot. This is my boyfriend's favorite chain restaurant, so I had extremely high hopes as he was always raving about it. I was pretty disappointed in my chicken as it was dry and not flavorful enough. The fries and sauce were the best part of the meal, which is not what you'd expect or want from a chicken place. Service was good and everyone was friendly.

For fried chicken, this place is pretty great, new and very clean. Their chicken is advertised as Halal (for the Muslim community. I'm just getting a single "tender" I asked for the sauce (which you can order in mold, medium, or hot) to be on-the-side and mild.
The chicken was perfectly cooked. I got the reaper hot chicken sandwiches. Seriously don't unless you are a gluten for punishment. I eat very hot stuff. I ate 1 and half of these sandwiches, and drank 4 glasses of milk. Would've finished but couldn't drink anymore milk. At least get 1 reaper and 1 hot. Good food. inside they are operating like a well oiled machine. Pretty busy but I was greeted well and they were fast with the food.
Food was freshly hot and tasted amazing. Noah that took our order was beyond amazing and kind. He was so polite to everyone who came in. One of the things I ordered was the cauliflower bites.. extra hot. Ok. That needs to come with a warning. They were excellent, wow! Underestimated how hot they would be. My chicken slider (medium) was awesome. Noah, again was such a sweet and kind person! He deserves a raise!!!! Definitely will be back.

Food was fresh & large portions , but way too much dry seasoning for my families liking . Service was very efficient & friendly. . Store was clean, really busy inside & carry out . Wait time was good . Probably try again
