My sister was hell bent on getting me to try this place. She had it a few times and raved about it so I finally gave in. I love me some spicy chicken so it didn't take much convincing. She said 'Medium' spice served her well in the past, so that's what I went for. Do not eat this while driving! Let me explain. It was about 3 pm and there was a line. Where are all these people coming from in the middle of the day? But now I see why. It was absolutely delicious! This chicken is dipped in dry rub to your spice level and the sandwich comes with Dave's sauce, sweet pickles & slaw, seasoned French fries on the side. Had some Hot Chicken at the original Prince's in Nashville last year. It was yummy, and hot. Tried KFCs version, it wasn't either. Was excited to try Dave's. Ordered the #1 which is two tenders, bread, pickles and crinkle fries. There's a side of Dave's sauce too which is a little hard to define. More spicy mayo than anything else. Incredible. Try to stop after just one. I was sort of laughed at for pulling into the drive-thru. The window is pick-up only.

DHC. Dave's hot chicken is a franchise on a come Up. I've had them in multiple cities and all have been delicious. This visit was no different. Ordered the 2 slider hot, that comes with FF and their Dave's sauce. Also the 2 tender that came with french fries and their sauce. Both the items were delicious and the french fries were seasoned very good. I am going to try the extra hot next time to see how tastebuds feel. The service was fine. Deliciously Original Chicken Food: The paprika takes your breath away on that first first bite. You doubt about what you are getting into. How hot is this going to be? The hot chicken tenders that I ordered came with a side of kale slaw. Both were excellent and deliciously original hence the tagline. The heat was not as bad as I had expected after that first bite, & I'm seriously considering an upgrade from hot to "reaper" for next time. Drove past & figured I'd give it a try. Love this place! The chicken sandwich was very flavorful. I chose Medium for my level of spicy. I don't think I can handle any hotter than that. I also like the Dave's sauce. Reasonable prices and cool murals on the walls. The staff was friendly and helpful since it was our first time. Overall 10/10, Very good!
