Tastes as good as the pictures. The staff was super friendly. It's rare that a new restaurant has both food and service down, so it's definitely well run.

Nice to have a new fast food restaurant on Mound Rd. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. Not sure what I was really expecting, but I wasn't overly impressed by the food. I ordered the slider and tender combo. Slider with medium spice and tender with no spice. Let me tell you the tender had absolutely NO SPICE including salt....lol. The chicken strips are very large and the fries are great when hot. However, there is no difference in spice levels. I got one strip each of medium, hot, extra hot and reaper. All of them tasted identical. The one labeled medium had the most visible spice on it, like it hadn't been properly cooked in oil and was just sitting on top. This one was the least appetizing. Dave's has only been open a few days. I'll try again in a few weeks and see if things improve.

A first time customer was saved from never returning due to an awesome employee you have at your Warren location, named Huey. My daughter and I were waiting in line for a bit. She really wanted to try Dave's Hot Chicken after she got out of the hospital. The young female who was originally at the register was extremely rude to us. I picked up a carry out for my family. Sliders, chicken strips, mac and cheese and their slaw. Everything was delicious. Service was impeccable! I could not believe how quickly I received the order after placing it at the register. I hope they do well, but with the way they ran things last night,they will hit it out of the ballpark. i felt like my order was neglected completely. it was my first time going to this dave's location and at first customer service seemed okay but then i waited way too long for my order and had to ask them to remind them because it was taking too long. i ordered the spice level as hot and what i was given was visibly clearly mild despite being marked as hot. i was upset from the wait time and had already gotten home when i had realized they did not give me the correct order.

The food wasn't all that great, ordered my kids the no spice chicken and it was spicy, the hot was incredibly hot no way could I eat it. Definitely not coming back. Not worth the hype or the money spent.
