I went once and the experience was alright. The line was really long and everything was all over the place. The place was dirty!! My friend and I almost fell down because of how wet the floor was of ice and fountain drink's. The trash was piled up like a mountain on the trash cans my order was missing item's. The food was bland the chicken sandwich had no flavor the only flavor was the Daves sauce. I don't think I'll be back.

Unfortunately, I am not a fan of this place. I'm in the minority because there was a line almost out the door. It gets very busy, so be prepared for that should you decide to visit. The seasoning on the chicken is overpowering! It's just way too much for my liking. It was fried and presented well but just didn't live up to the hype. The fries, pickles, and dipping sauce were pretty good so I just ate that. Another strike was the prices. They were way overpriced for what they had to offer.
