TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Crispy fried goodness in a tray. Fries come out perfect and the tenders just how you like it ! This place is clean and well packed with people. Music choice is fun and exciting too !

Food is pretty good for fast food, but sometimes the quality of the chicken is pretty low. The fries are good but some of them taste pretty off. The Mac and cheese is watery, and the kale slaw has very little flavor. The service is alright, but I was given someone else's order along with mine when my buzzer rang, so it was a little confusing. The inside is nice and has great decorations, but the tables are pretty dirty.

i got the lite mild 2 strip meal. the girl was very helpful with me ordering becuz i cant do spicey but flavor :) fries were pretty good. loved the dipping sauce. pickles are always good. bread wasn't bad either. chicken was juicy and no fat. but It did not have much flavor considering all the powdery spice on it...$13 for everything. it wasn't bad but not my fav.
