TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Really really good tender chicken, good fries, good pickles, and just overall a very delicious plate. I got the mild spice level and it was great but I'd advise treating the spice scale as 1 level higher than you pick

It's greasy goodness that fuels the soul. Don't forget to ask for extra pickles as they are out of this world. Service was friendly. Very casual environment.

You need your water, depending on your spice levels! The flavor and spice was amazing. The staff were great to converse with and have a laugh. My friend and I came here when they first opened, so it was quite busy but the lines moved quickly! We were able to get seats quickly, as it is very spacious.

Love coming here when I'm on my way to the movies for a quick bite. Milkshake's are not amazing and only reason they're not getting 6 stars. But the chicken sliders are amazing. And there is a serious difference between medium and hot.
