It started out great, the customer service was good, the chicken was great, and we didn't wait for very long. 15 minutes later, in the middle of target, it hit me. An unstoppable wave of diarrhea. I barely made it to the bathroom in time, having to clench my butt and do the little half run half waddle before pooping my brains out. Overall, the food was great, definitely would recommend if you are looking to clean yourself out.

Second time here, weren't allowed into restaurant at 10:20pm because they were closing early. Food was bad, wouldn't not recommend.

Food was bland. I could deep fry the chicken and pour a generic hot sauce off the grocery shelf. I ordered the chicken with a medium heat just to gauge the hotness and flavor. Chicken was dry. Also tried the Mac n cheese and it was so-so. Service was slow. Went through the drive thru. Young woman was polite when she asked us to hold to order. Was literally in the drive through for an hour and a half with a mobile order. Normally I'd give the place some credit with "oh it's a new place" but for 9 pm on a Thursday an hour is insane. Like to put it into perspective I was monitoring the chick-fil-a across the street and they got four lines wrapped around the building cleared within the time we sat here. We ordered Dave's Hot Chicken and we were disappointed. I ordered mild and they were still too spicy and way too salty. Served in a piece of white bread which is a waste. One and done!

Food is overrated and overpriced. There's nothing special, not really tasty, and the chicken is overly SPICED. Not hot, but overly SPICED. There is a thick layer of dry seasoning. And it's not enjoyable. They have one sauce which is like a canes sauce but a little sweeter. Their fries are good. The Mac and cheese is not worth the $4. Save the money. Cole slaw isn't really Cole slaw but literal dry cabbage. Pickles are good. Serving size is fine. You'll get full for sure. Just wish it was tasty and enjoyable.

Drive through took 22minutes and my order was messed up. $13 for two tenders and a small fry (drink not included) seems outrageous. The fries were good and the workers were nice, but I definitely won't be back. For comparison, I went to Raising Canes the same day and got two tenders, small fry and a small drink for $5.99 and zipped right on through the drive through.

Definitely DID NOT live up to the hype! 5 things were left off our order or wrong and 1/5 ordered were served correctly! Chicken was mediocre and the " spice levels" are not factual, we ordered 3 different spice levels and all tasted the same. $1.50 extra for a squirt of nacho cheese, $6.00 for a milkshake. Also received someone's TOGO order?!Would not recommend for the money you pay.
