Showed up Sunday at 11:47pm and the doors were locked even though there were still customers inside. The sign on the door said they were open till midnight. Not sure why they would lock customers in/out before close. I'm pretty sure that is a fire hazard.
Waited over 40 minutes for my order placed at the counter. Ordered extra hot but it wasn't spicy at all.
Food pretty good, but service definitely needs work. Last time I came it took awhile, but this time the issue was I was missing a tender. I don't know how that happened but it did. Left feedback on the website because no one picked up the phone.

I had a horrible experience at this location of daves hot chicken the other day. There were two small groups of people that already had their food sitting down and no one in line. My friend and I waited by the counter to order while Nakeshia, who was not busy doing anything else, ignored us completely for around 5 minutes. Very rude drive thru worker . Only gave my friend 9 pieces of her supposed to be 10 mini chicken bites . Dr pepper was nasty very watered down assuming they sat it there while we waited for 30 minutes behind one vehicle . Absurd and very disappointing. Also who puts cheese under a chicken sandwich and worker gives attitude for asking where it was ? The cheese was melted ALRIGHT , but cold . Come on now !

If you want Dave's just get it delivered and hope for the best. Drive threw took OVER 30 mins!!! For one meal. Keep in mind if you do order it, expect soggy food.

I was really excited for this place, but it was just disappointing. I got the number 2 with medium spice. It tasted so bland and flavorless, same with the Dave's sauce, it's just not goo The only thing that was good was the fries. Wouldn't recommend this chicken spot. Try Urban Bird Hot Chicken instead, way better

Food was very good but they took about 35 minutes to get our food out a whole group of about 10 people that came in after my group of 4 got their food before us.

This place Sucks! Horrible service! 30 min to get my order and food was bad. This location should be shut down. Don't come here if you are expecting Dave's Hot Chicken!
