TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Excellent for the class of sit down neighborhood restaurant. Soft bread ( which is important ) and moist chicken ( not dry ) very tasty and satisfied. Will return.

Food was great turn around was fast not very long line. You got a free drink was very happy with the food. Definitely come again super dope atmosphere.

Fresh and tasty. Sauce on the side was delicious, just the right type of spicy, with pickles and fries, it hot the spot. Nice at on the wall too

For a long time I refused to come back here because the quality of the flavor and spiciness wasn't the same as I've always had from other DHC locations and the first coworkers always refused to put extra seasoning on the tenders or give me some on the side so I can add it myself, which is an issue I've never had at the other locations. But! My boyfriend and I gave it another try and went late Wednesday, 8/7/24 - about 30 minutes before they closed - and they still served us and a couple of people after us, which was nice.... read more
