I have heard good things, but the flavor was really lacking on this chicken. Good service, nice people. But this is not a HOT chicken

This was my second time dining at Dave's Hot Chicken, and once again, it was a great experience--both the food and the customer service were solid. During this visit, we ordered Dave's 10-piece nuggets and one slider. While we were initially told it would take about 10 minutes, our order ended up taking 20 minutes due to a system issue. However, I don't blame the staff at all--they were very professional about the situation.
