TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Take the spice lvls seriously and you will be fine. I love a good hot chicken I'm not not as capable with spice. These are phenomenal when a craving hits.
I have eaten about a couple times at this location, and the food was amazing. The spice variety allowed for me; a picky eater myself, to actually really enjoy the food. I couldn't really come up with a specific problem. There was this one time where I got the wrong order, with the sliders being mixed up with tenders, but wasn't much of a problem. My go to item. Item 2 From the menu. 2 sliders with fries. My levels spiciness is hot. They have extra hot and another hot level above that. I remember I saw a disclaimer on their website when I attempted to choose that spice level for the chicken. Sliders are very good and the fries are also golden crispy and crinkle. Pretty good! Didn't think the hot was very hot and it didn't have much of a flavor either, but the next spice level was a jump which I really enjoyed. The meal is a lot of food too which is great!
woow gotta say I'm shocked! I wasn't expecting this chicken sandwich to be so good and am pleasantly surprised! I feel like the prices are reasonable (about $8 for a sandwich), and it's super yummy. I love the choice of the potato bun patty, which adds sweetness and chewiness to the juicy chicken.
