This is why, This is why, This is why Dave's is hot. Their chicken is awesome. I'm not sure it's totally authentic Nashville hot chicken, but it's crispy and flavorful. I was worried the wait would be crazy because of all the hype, but the staff keeps things moving and the space is big enough that you don't feel caught up in a mob. I also want to give a shout out to the staff--they were super nice and accommodating.

The art work is amazing , friendly staff, clean environment and the food tasted great . Gave it a five star because of all of these things where thought of an executed.

A lot of potential here, but not the best execution here. The sliders were nicely done with cheese, pickles, and sauce, but the chicken was seasoned a bit too much (shocking that's even possible) -- seems as if the chicken is loaded with Old Bay/chili powder. While crunchy with a juicy interior, the overload of seasoning is a bit too much. Would suggest to tone it down a bit while maintaining the crispy exterior. I've always enjoyed the food that I get there. However, there are videos online of that specific location having cockroaches running around the floorboards.

Not impressed at all. 16 minute wait for a few chicken tenders is a bit far fetched. Tenders were deliciously spiced but service received was horrendous. The tenders weren't worth $5 a piece either. Between the wait, crappy customer service & pricing, we won't be back. Too much money for too little product.

service was horrible. This was the first time ever being here and picking up an order, and the lady at register was very passive aggressive and didn't help nor was welcoming. She full on rolled her eyes at me. i get it for it being busy, but i thought this was a popular restaurant and they should have everything in order, so there was no need to be rude, even when i wasn't even causing any sort of problem.
