Not impressed at all. 16 minute wait for a few chicken tenders is a bit far fetched. Tenders were deliciously spiced but service received was horrendous. The tenders weren't worth $5 a piece either. Between the wait, crappy customer service & pricing, we won't be back. Too much money for too little product.

service was horrible. This was the first time ever being here and picking up an order, and the lady at register was very passive aggressive and didn't help nor was welcoming. She full on rolled her eyes at me. i get it for it being busy, but i thought this was a popular restaurant and they should have everything in order, so there was no need to be rude, even when i wasn't even causing any sort of problem.

I adore chicken sandwiches and love spicy food so someday I want to get to Nashville to try the chicken sandwich that it is so famous for. Until then, I have to rely on local options. This place popped up on my radar so one day I came with the family. It is a very minimalistic sort of restaurant with not much ambiance or pretense, but since the food was paramount to my visit I focused on that.
