Took them 40 minutes to get us our order! What in the world is wrong with them!! They had the A/C at 30 degrees freaking cold i felt like Jack in the Movie Titanic! Do not come here if you're hungry already!

The service at this location was horrible, the store was filthy. This location had a really long lead time on food, 30+ minutes I was told before ordering. My order needed up being completed in just a few minutes and I became extremely ill that night and the next day. I do not recommend this location if you are in the area.

Dry dollar tree bread!! Horrible. Anyone work 12 hour shifts besides me? If you do then you don't like WASTING your money. I knew to walk when the staff walked in with Wing Stop. They don't eat their own chicken. Tonight was my first and last time at this place. Not clean at all. No kale slaw so that was a RIP OFF! Came for the cauliflower bites. Awful undercooked. Food is great, it keeps me going back! Service is fine, pretty good! Ambiance is so so! The floor in the common area is dirty! If you drop a put of chicken on it there's no 2 second rule! The FLOOR IS DIRTY!
I got the extra hot chicken tenders. Good chicken. The service was really slow. No urgency on employees to get food out faster.

Well, I waited for quite some time to finally take my chance at Dave's Hot Chicken and I must say I was honestly a bit disappointed! I can't quite put my finger on it, but while Dave's touts having mouth watering chicken, it would be quite hard for the mouth to water for all the chili powder! Now, breading on a tender is one thing, and I love chicken that is breaded. However this was not breading - it was powder. I don't know what it is, but the last few times I've gone, the spice level just does not match what I ordered. I tried this place in LA before they had locations in Vegas, and I even tried the reaper spice since I love pushing my limits with spicy food, so I KNOW how hot their spices can get. Since they opened up here, I've gone as high as their extra hot and it was disappointing. Definitely not what expected. The chicken is greasy and tastes like a bunch of chili powder. The fries were soggy and the macaroni and cheese had no flavor. Will not be returning again $30 for a nasty meal.
Came in here yesterday for our first time. Started with a wrong order went to the cashier let her know to change it. Cashier gave an attitude and said "well this is what you ordered". I asked her repeatedly to let the back of the house know the changes. After all that went home and the order was still incorrect and food looked horrible. Buns were tearing apart and chicken looked like it has been cooked in bad grease. Don't think we will come again.
