make sure you counter your change. I was distracted by some drunk guys in front of me who kept trying to bump into me and the cashier shorter than my change by five dollars. I'm so annoying because I really liked hot dave's. But also the cashier who I think was a manager should've told those guys to knock it off or not to serve them if they were bothering the other customers.

Horrible I ordered three number ones and I end up getting three number twos. I asked her to make it right and give me the number ones and she refused to then Yuli the manager told me. to go digging the trash for my receipt instead of pulling it up on the computer. when I got my receipt she still refused to fix her mistake she put in .when I asked for her name she refused to give it and I had to ask one of her employees for it . It was my first and last time to dine here. The best part is the employees are pleasant. However, there's not much to say about the food. It was simply chicken with season salt nothing special.

I wish i could rate it no stars! i ordered a large loaded fries and got a slider and fries instead. i called the place to let them know and the worker said she'll write my name down and i can come in and get it replaced. when we got there the manger said there's nothing she can do about it smh & the girl who took our order acting like she didn't know me.

Why is the service so mean? Like I'm just tryna order my food lady, you don't gotta be making jokes about my appearance to your worker friends. Also the drink fountain smells like a urinal, and is about as clean as one too. No one came out to clean, nor did they have time to. It was messy asf. Now onto the food. It's literally just worse Houston's. Like what are you guys doing. And I think it may even be a bit more expensive. Don't go here, there's a houston tx hot chicken 15 mins from here. I was in there before people came and 3 people that ordered behind us got their food. They even complained about their food & got it back before I got my food. Mind you I only got mini burgers and fries the other people got combos. Their excuse was ran out of chicken and people came before me. No one was before me and what do you mean no chicken when the people behind me got their food same mild chicken as well. I hated these people cause they lied and kept talking amongst themselves. They gave me half a hand full of fries for almost $4 dollars and I said almost, because they didn't give me a receipt. Come on Dave's Hot Chicken!
