Really upset with the craig location in las vegas. This is the second time they mess up on my order. The first time I went the chicken was burnt but i let it slide... Now today I ordered one slider one chicken tender and when I got home and opened the box there was only a slider. it's not fault i spent money and did not get my moneys worth. I am very upset.

GM Tayana is the worst. If she can't work well with customers she should consider looking for a new job. 2 out of 3 of my orders were wrong, her way of resolving the issue was to lecture me and tell me I should check my order next time before I leave the restaurant. After going back and forth she said she would not give me a refund and to never go back to that restaurant.

I went in on Sunday evening about 6:00pm. Place had about two customers at the time. My family of 4 wanted to try this spot out and the food was good. We got sandwiches, tender, fries, and shakes. Spent about $85 and I have no problem with that. My issue is the customer service. The cashier and staff looked like they didn't want anyone ordering food. Almost like they were doing us a favor. This was not like the other hot chicken places I have tried. Average in my opinion. For the high prices for just spicy chicken strips. Meh. Don't do it. This is nothing special. I love spicy but start low, even the medium level is a little too spicy to enjoy sadly. &Unfortunately to rectify the matter they have instructed me to write yet anotherrrr review of my visit on another website. No thanx

First time coming to this place and never coming back, the order took long and the workers look like they hate their job. I received my food cold with a messy sandwich. Now I know to not go order food if the workers don't seem happy because they'll end up messing up your order.

Ordered this on DoorDash never tried it before. Everyone has their own tastes but personally this one wasn't for me. The Mac and cheese is subpar and I found a hair in my fries. Stopped eating immediately. Also the shake I got was completely melted. Will not be ordering here again

I couldn't order food. Because the place was so filthy. The my shoes stuck to the floor that had something's sticky and shoe prints all over the floor. The counters had wasted food on the counters and big chunks of something that looked like brownies or something. The back area all around the walk area there was powder or flour or something. Why does it take so friggen long to make the food? 20 mins for a chicken sandwich is redonkulous cmon speed it up I'm a year older just waiting for my food.

went in today around 8:26 pm & had a bad experience. the cashier girl in front w the industrial piercing in her ear was being so rude. she had our food sitting on the counter for around 7 min since she didn't call out the number on that order. we didn't realize till we actually got up and checked since she called the numbers next. came back in to ask for some sauce and she starts going on about to her co worker how customers shouldn't be asking for the things we want or need w a nasty ass attitude. idk why you have someone w... read more
