My first and last time trying their chicken. It lacked flavor despite all the seasoning. I was surprised of the price and even more disappointed of the food. Service was good though.

Heard good things about food so, I decided to try. Opened the door rap music playing super loud, younger employees running around, so just left. Good luck getting customers with employees like that.

Food is great service is normally fast. If you don't like loud music then this ain't the place for you. Avoid the Reaper level heat! I love hot food ghost pepper Carolina reaper are some of my favorites, but this one tore my stomach up for 2 days. Really not worth the discomfort

Finally tried Dave's Hot Chicken. Stopped in for lunch. I had the slider and tender combo (medium). The slider was good but the tender had way too much spice on it and not enough flavor. The fries and dipping sauce were very good. Stick to the sliders. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. The place is brightly colored and clean. There are some good options on the menu. The challenge is our lunch for two with drinks was $35 which seems pretty high for a fast food lunch.

So the stars are for the delicious fries and special sauce! The chicken is very low quality with an ridiculous amount of flavor-less seasonings. I've never been more confused in my life! Lol! You can see the seasoning can't taste it! The price is way to high also!

I placed a catering order last night for 12pm pick up. I'm literally standing here watching a line full of people get their food as I wait for the order that I placed yesterday. The response from the staff is that my order is too big. I placed it yesterday!!! No logic to making me wait, and everyone else walks out with an order that they just placed. Now I have an office that will miss their lunch break. No concession whatsoever.

Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because the customer service was good. The chicken was over cooked and the bread is entirely too small for the big piece of chicken, which makes the chicken just slide out of the bread. So it's really like a piece of chicken with a roll on the side. Even so, I ordered medium and thought it would be a little spicy but there wasn't a hint of spice on there. Probably won't be going back as it was also pricey.
