I have to say, I'm surprised this location only has a 3.5. I was visiting LA recently and Dave's was on my list of places to try. I've heard a lot about this chain so I had very high expectations, all of which were met! I ordered the single slider and single tender meal (both mild) with a side of Mac and a big old cup of Dave's sauce. Everything was still nice and crispy despite being delivered. It is so colorful in this location . Fun atmosphere and the service is friendly. I got #1 set - chicken strip and fries. It is so delicious. The chicken is juicy and good portion size. It tastes good but it's a bit buttery for my lactose intolerant stomach. I feel like it's not as spicy as some others. My set comes with fries , 2 pieces strips, 2 bread under the strips and a couple pieces of cucumber pickles. If you're in the area it's a good choice.

I've been hearing about Dave's for a while and everyone always raves about it. I had to try it. Dave's definitely didn't disappoint. I ordered the French fries with Cole slaw and Dave's hot chicken. It was so delicious that I am already thinking about going back. The service was also amazing. I went on a day they were having a fun raiser so it was packed but even as busy as it was, the staff all kept their cool and provided excellent service. The portion size of the tenders are very small and there are crumble of non chicken pieces in the popcorn chicken instead of popcorn chicken.

Both bathrooms were "out of order" even for paying customers. Seemed like the worker was lying. Would never come here again and the staff were rude.

Yikes to this location. You shouldn't be so blatantly disrespectful to the customers that made you rich. Do better ! This is disgraceful.

This location was clean and nice inside! The food had a strange aftertaste and the cheese added is imitational! The service was great staff was fast and friendly. It's the taste of the food that was off putting for me! It was a strange taste to all the food was t good at all! I have had Dave's at other locations and didn't have thy issue at any other location! I will give it a try again and see if results are different and update the review if it's better!

Only 2 stars because food was decent. Service was kind of slow. Homeless people in and out eating people's leftovers. Homeless people using soda machines with their own cups, causing sanitary concerns. Bathrooms are closed even for customers, would be useful to have a place to wash my hands..

Ran into the district manager at a different location and had a great conversation. He immediately refunded the order and gave the type of customer service one would expect from an established restaurant like DHC! Thanks!
