Good food but service is very lacking, both times I've been here it's taken over 30 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant. They also blast the music and don't clean the tables. Under new management this place would really do well but in the meantime I don't see myself coming back soon, too many alternatives in LA.

I've been a fan of the Dave's Hot Chicken franchise for a long time, but I've heard a lot of mixed reviews about this location in particular. I ordered online through Doordash and I received all of my food and condiments. Halfway through my meal, I noticed that my chicken tender was so undercooked that it was pink. I couldn't finish eating as i immediately felt sick. This is my first time encountering undercooked chicken from a restaurant.

The food is good. But holy crap it's expensive for what it is. It tasted really good, but 20 for fried chicken and fries for one person is a little steep.

Had us wait in line for the free drake slider for 40 minutes and at the front one of the managers said we ain't doing it anymore and he mentioned it but none of us even heard it. Mega lame because I come here often so it's just wild to see we were offered nothing, not even a drink for our time spent.

I love Dave's hot chicken. Best hot chicken in town guaranteed. But the workers... hopeless. For me to walk in and immediately be told I can't use the restrooms unless I'm a paying customer... that's fine. Terrible service means you get a terrible review. Thanks for treating us with an attitude for no reason whatsoever. Even if I came in just to use the bathroom, you don't speak to people that way, especially when running a business. They call this a slider ?! Where's the "coleslaw" and "sauce" that's supposedly in the slider!! Horrible, this is my second time here and they have failed me again. Not not to mention the horrible customer service. Sucks that I live 5 min away from the location and I have to make a drive to a further location for better quality. ZERO STARS !!!

The manager took 25 minutes to do 2 shakes. What horrible service.. i saw him make the shake in less then 2 minutes
The service in this place needs a big upgrade. Stand in line for way too long waiting to order while the single worker makes shakes, passes out orders, and looks overwhelmed. The sandwiches are ok, fries are cold, they def need help if they want repeat customers.

Everything bad about this place except the way it looks. Lady at the register had a terrible attitude. Because of her attitude she got no tip and as a result we got burnt old chicken.
