I recently purchased a milkshake through DoorDash pickup at 12:32am and the order was accepted and even sent me a notification that it was ready to pick up at 12:41am and when we got there the lady at the window said they closed down their machine and I asked if it was broken and she said no that it was time to start closing and they close at 2am...I would understand if it was an hour before closing but the order was ready at 12:41am... for ONE milkshake keep in mind. that's insane of ... read more

Food was top notch, although my partner got considerable larger tenders than I did. Maybe because he ordered mild and I ordered medium? Anyway, my negative review is mainly due to there being no available bathroom. I understand that they have a location that is notorious for people trying to bum a free bathroom, which is why I understand why the need for a secuirty code (I saw like 10 people aim directly for the restrooms without even ordering anything). Just goes to show how bad the quality of food has gone down with Dave's hot chicken. I have little to no coleslaw and the flavor is not there anymore. Need to turn things around before it's too late.

The staff and service were great! But something has changed in the food. The chicken doesn't as good as it did and the mac and cheese are bland/watery.

Ordered Hot and the chicken was mild and not hot at all. I have tried the chicken sandwich at other Dave's location and have ordered hot and it was acceptable. This time it was definitely mild and not hot

Very disappointed for my first time. I ordered Hot and Medium and received Medium and Mild. Mild had no flavor. Medium barely any heat. I was a bit excited to try Dave's Hot Chicken but the inaccuracy of my order killed my experience. How hard is it to provide an accurate order? Waste of money.

Today me and my co worker had lunch at this location which we visit pretty often. Hugo customer service was terrible today when I addressed my order being incorrect twice. I don't understand the purpose in having a bad attitude when serving the community. It was fairly busy in there and I understand but every customer should be treated fairly especially a continuous paying customer. I will not be returning to this establishment any more.

I was being overcharged. New employee left alone. I couldn't get a refund I was forced to take $50 worth of food. When I tried this food it was disgusting very disappointed I will definitely not be coming back... red flag...
