0 stars It's been a week since our messed up order and still haven't received a refund. We ordered a "Not Chicken" spicy sandwich combo and they gave us chicken. We don't live in the area so taking the order back wasn't an option. Called the number immediately and of course they were "too busy" to answer. Hit up the dhcfeedback website and was offered a $25 credit, refused and requested the full refund. Dare i say the worst dave's location i've encountered. Tender was half the size of the usual, over fried, and tough to chew. Service was fine and attentive but absolutely not worth the price. Will be avoiding this one

Horrible parking Poor service Shame on you for not having working bathrooms for paying customers and closing one bathroom and using it for storage per cashiers!

The service is 0 if you don't tip I sware to God they don't treat you well even if your food is ready no one calls your order number from the team , they don't give u the bathroom code , they don't like customers if you don't tip so be aware about that

Decent chicken, not as spicy as you'd think. The service is average and a bit chaotic. I don't get the hype. This is my second try, and this location is better than my first in Torrance.

I wish i can do 0 but it's not an option their customer service is terrible if they get your order wrong don't even think about telling them as they won't do s*it, there rude with attitude when you ask them to fix something about your order and they will still give it to you wrong, i just experienced this because they got my spice wrong and i am not happy, i will be contacting corporate about this location because their customer service is not okay and there bad if you want daves hot chicken go to any other location but this... read more

Don't come here customer service is horrible waited for 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich w fries . Young employees don't care about the job clearly & to top it off raw potatoe HARD AS A ROCK N I BIT SMH!

DO NOT go to this Dave's Hot Chicken. I called the restaurant over 20 times to get a hold of the manager or supervisor to report an incident that happened on November 30, 2025. Me and a group of friends were going to use the restroom inside the restaurant and waited in line when a creepy man sitting in front of us took multiple pictures of me and my other friend without my consent. If you ask people to pay to use your restroom, at least clean it and provide toilet papers! Don't let the toilet papers with all over the floor! My 3 year old daughter needs to use restroom, we don't. We asked them, they said we needed to pay. Fine, we bought food. Then at least provide toilet papers and clean! The restroom has all the trash all over the floor, including the used toilet paper with !
