Had a fantastic meal here! The store itself is very clean and well lit, and you can order via a touchscreen kiosk or at the counter. On to the food! I've only had Dave's one other time, at a different location (North Bay), so I had a level of expectation. That location was great, but this one was even better! The food is pretty good here. You actually get a good amount portion wise for the price. The service, it's eh, it seems like younger kids working so they're talking rather than greeting those who decide to use the kiosk. However I haven't needed any help or had any questions so I guess it's okay. A lot of seating both inside and outside but I've only done pick up orders so haven't really paid attention to the inside as much. In a shopping center with a lot of parking.
Service was quick and the chicken is pretty good, does come out oily but overall worth a try.. the crinkle fries are amazing and the sauce they serve with the the meal is divine!

Quick, lively. The hot is hot! They medium first. No frills. Just good *fast food*. The sauce isn't anything special. The chicken is tender. Fries quite salty. Nice change from a burger.
Dave's has the best hot chicken sandwiches I've ever had! It's so disappointing to me that I didn't know about it for so long but I'm glad to have one close to home that's in a plaza with a big parking lot. My hubby and I typically share their combo with the two sandwiches and fries. I get mine medium since I'm terrible with spice, but it wasn't too spicy for me. Today was free slider day and it was super packed. The service was good, the store was clean, and was well-managed for the amount of people there. However, when I opened my slider, I found some sort of label in the slider. I'm glad that it was free and they were rushing, but I don't think that that was supposed to be in the sandwich. It tasted fine; I still ate it because I already got home by the time I opened it, but the thought of having some random label in the sandwich gave me an icky feeling.
