The cashier was amazing. Recommended the right sauce with great customer and communication skills the place was clean and tidy and smell awesome

As others have observed, if you don't order spice level on the chicken it's on the bland side, as they don't season with salt. The flavor is in the spice rub. Great portion of chicken however and the fries are tasty. The service was prompt and courteous.

I don't ever review fast food restaurants. This is an exception. It was just a really nice experience. I've never had Dave's Hot Chicken before and the woman at the register was super friendly and nice helping me pick out something that I would enjoy. She made suggestions and ensured I had plenty of sauces and ketchup and that I tried the honey. The chicken came out hot and crispy (so did the fries). I am not a big fan of their chicken. To me it's very dry and they just douse it in the hot powder. Not a fan.
