TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

I visited Dave’s Hot Chicken in Edmond last Sunday with friends after church, and it was a fantastic experience! The place wasn’t crowded, so we got our food very quickly. I ordered the chicken with the “Mid” spice level, and it was absolutely packed with flavor and cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and perfectly spiced. This is one of our families favorite after church spots for lunch!!! The chicken is so amazing!! Thick and juicy tenders with customizable spice levels. I usually get extra hot (very hot!) and kids get medium or mild. I have had the reaper and it is no joke! I highly recommend getting a milkshake with it. And by the way, the milkshakes are Fantastic!!! The employees are all super nice!! Enjoy!
It was our first time trying fast food here. We liked both tenders and fires. Staff were very welcoming and friendly :) Liked the atmosphere too! Tables and floor were clean! Will definitely be back
We had lunch here for the first time since this location opened. We have been to the Bricktown location, and also have gotten take out before, but never eaten in this location before. I ordered the slider with a drink and my fiancé ordered the two tenders with an orange cream slush. I never expected the slider to be as big as it was, it was actually good, but a little dry.
