I like the concept, I may have come on a busy day, but I took 1 hour for my food to be ready and when it came I was a bit disappointed, I got mild just to be safe, but as expected it was mild, I wouldn't even say mild, it was a bit sweet. Good food and friendly staff! We went for lunch today and were really impressed! I ate the cauliflower sandwich and had a chicken tender on the side, all hot flavor and was impressed with the spices used and the flow or over all. The chicken was juicy and thick, it was cooked just right! My husband tried the reaper tenders. Although they were VERY hot, they had a great flavor to them. Selfishly, I almost didn't want to write this review. Why? Because the more people who know how BOMB this place is, the longer the wait times will be for me to pick up my go-to order! No need to make the road trip to Los Angeles now that we have a Dave's of our very own! This spot does not disappoint (unless you don't like chicken!) For the price, the food was not impressive. The service was very friendly and the place was clean and looks cool inside! I probably will not return due to the high prices, lack of sides and the flavor just wasn't something memorable. If I want overpriced chicken I will go to canes, and at least get more than 2 tenders and they have better sauce. Also canes isn't dry.

I've never tried any of the hot chicken places so I didn't know what to expect. I ordered the number 3 - medium. Our food came out in about 10-15 mins. It was good. The flavor wasn't too hot and the fries were good too. The atmosphere is nice and casual with good music. I don't know if I'll be back but I'm glad I can say I tried it!

Did not expect to find myself wanting to try a place with chicken in the title as someone who doesn't even eat chicken! I also don't really like fake meat, but this place has a ton of cauliflower selections! I ordered online today and it was ready on time! Got Mac n cheese, cauliflower slider with fries. Due to its popularity, we had to stop and try this place. This was our first time trying the Dave's Hot Chicken chain. We arrived around noon on a Saturday and the line was out the door. Once inside, the atmosphere was vibrant with every wall covered in bright colored murals. It was cool. I liked that they had indoor and outdoor seating. This is a true chicken place. Gave this location a second try. Definitely better tasting chicken and not as seasoned. I would come back again. Prices are still too high in my opinion, so this is more of a once and a while eat.

Delicious chicken but the medium is not spicy at all. I'll need to try the Hot next time.
