the food is great and customer service is awesome here. the ambiance at night is also so good!
This chicken was tender and delicious!! The service was great and the sandwich was OK, we preferred the tenders! The restaurant seems like there's enough room for seating, however we took our food to go. I gave them 4 stars because we like hot food but the reaper flavor is just a gimmick, it's not actually something that's edible. Highly recommend this location to other location. The quality is this location is so much better, chicken is juicy and has better seasoning! The service is amazing, the staff is friendly. Always blasting music to enjoy your chicken sandwich. Highly recommend!!! Please visit!

I was really excited to try this place for the first time, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I ordered the #4 combo, and the fries were ice cold. The chicken was also undercooked and lacked flavor. Overall, it did not meet my expectations.
Food is pretty good. I like that you can choose the heat level of the chicken from zero all the way up to reaper. They put it in a box at this one regardless if you are eating in or not, and comically only give you one napkin. I asked for more, they gave me one more. I used those two to clean off the table because they dont clean the tables off at this location so I had to go back up and ask for another lol it was comical to me at that point. They don't like to give sauce when that's their whole restaurant model ha ha ha hahahahahaha
Every time I come here I end up waiting 20-30 minutes for one meal. I always see doordashers visibly frustrated waiting and waiting. The product is good but I'm not going to wait all day for fried chicken especially for how expensive it is. Whether or not you tip doesn't seem to make a difference either. I'll be going somewhere else.
Took a long time. I don't blame the staff as they are clearly working with bare bones crew. Would not recommend here. Places need to have enough staff and not just stress out the few that do have. Place didn't appear very clean and the shakes are a pretty gross consistency. Food is okay but takes too long.
