I've seen so many people post on social media about how great this place is, blah blah blah. So I finally took the time to come check it out and I've never been more disappointed. One star is for the friendly service. I went to a Daves Hot chicken here in Arizona up on Bell rd 475 East Bell Rd My Wife and I went in ordered our food it is great chicken. After we ate I picked up all of my garbage and took it over to the garbage can and deposited it and went back to the table. It was then I noticed that an item I had wrapped in a napkin was no longer on the table. It was quite valuble and my heart sunk, I realized I had thrown it in the trash can. This place is an absolute mess. They lost orders, are rude and extremely slow. The place is way too small and ill equipped to handle the any type of rush. Definitely not a do again on my list

- Cheese tastes like they microwaved it for 20 seconds and slapped it on there. - Food was cold - Chicken was cold - Chicken seasoning tasting like taco seasoning - Caused my daughter to vomit for like 20 seconds

Pick up window is like an apocalyptic free for all with no direction. Watched a fight take place after someone decided to not let the next car go. Waited an hour and the food was so so. 2/10 not worth it.
Everyone always suggests this place to me since my favorite hot chicken place closed down.. so was excited to try it out. I feel like people that haven't had really good hot chicken may like it but for my husband and I it was a complete confusing miss. Was super excited to try this place but so disappointed with our food. For one, our food was cold, even when we started eating it right away. My first experience here wasn't all that great. I placed an order online which was just the slider and fries. I went in and there was no line it wasn't busy with only a couple ppl in the restaurant.
