Took a long time. I don't blame the staff as they are clearly working with bare bones crew. Would not recommend here. Places need to have enough staff and not just stress out the few that do have. Place didn't appear very clean and the shakes are a pretty gross consistency. Food is okay but takes too long.
psa, if you order from the new kiosks, they make you pay for sauce but if you order from the person at the counter its free. super deceitful and extremely lame. struggling for $ much? good lord... mind you, if you don't ask for extra sauce, this is the sauce that comes with it... cup is barley filled. Wtf is in this sauce??? Diamonds?
Their was hair in my CHICKEN. Very slow in the kitchen and clearly they do not wear hair nets.
Food is good but do not order online here or you will have to wait due to walk ins are first and you will get rude attitude if you ask were your order is. Its poorly managed at this location should be first order in first order out plus they make you wait off to the side to receive your order online order from a door that they can't see anybody standing at. I think they do that on purpose so they don't have to look at you standing there. Just don't order online here.
Ordered from Uber Eats on Friday. Had not eaten anything since 9 am. Got home from work and started having food poisoning symptoms. Currently Sunday and still feeling the effects. Thanks Dave's
Awful organization crew and forgot half of my whole order. Never again lol, just over complicate things .

Dave's hot chicken used to be soooo good! But then Roark Capital bought the franchise and I've really noticed the quality go down hill. The portion sizes are smaller, the chicken isn't as tender nor is it as juicy, the sliders used to be more flavorful with a good amount of sauce. I thought you know maybe I'll get it a few more times because sometimes places have bad days like everyone. But no, the more I continued to get it the more downhill it's gone. It's very unfortunate. Im giving it a one star because -Are you serious you can only order a meal with TWO chicken strips. Thats the only chicken strip meal to order. They have no 3 pce, 4 pce etc. AND if you want to add an extra chicken strip it cost almost 5$ for to add ONE strip! Almost $20 to make a three piece chicken strip meal!
