the workers were very kind but we waited for over an hour for our food and people that came behind us got their food first. kind of ridiculous that we need to wait for an hour for fast food. not okay

Food was average but the service redefines SLOW. Walked out first 2 times due to long line and inability to process a crowd of orders. Garbage cans were overflowing.

Absolute joke, waited in line for 20 minutes. When I got to the counter the restaurant was informed it was a 45 minute wait because door dash and online ordering was a priority. We walked out. Never will I attempt to go here again. I will make sure to tell everyone about the complete lack of organization and rudeness that this place seems to run on. Literally watched the folks running the food assembly placing fries in a to go container one at a time. Stunning

The worst service ever. I ordered in their app and when I went to pick it up they said I had no order. I showed them my confirmation number and the fact that I paid and they said they had no record of it. I asked for my money back and they refused. Had to call my charge card company and stop payment. Will never go there again, the manager was very nasty to me.
