The service was excellent and very friendly, though I specifically asked for a few things to be off my slider and then was given a slider with all that i asked not to be on it. The Food was not at all hot, and they have no sauces except ketchup and honey and Dave's sauce. Fries were good though.

I got the 2 pc that's 12.99. My food was lukewarm. The fries I sent back was cold & came back to me cold. The spice level was extra hot and gave that. The cashier was very knowledgeable about the pieces and how it's served. The dining area is very spacious... but frequently empty. This spot isn't what I'm looking when i want chicken.

I used to love that food place. I told everybody about it, but I will not be back. I love the cauliflower and now it's gone and I have no interest in going there again again.

The chicken is good, and the fries are good too, if you can get them to your mouth before they are cold. Something I haven't yet achieved with takeout ordering. I've ordered from this place 4-5 times and every time the order was wrong. No extras in any of the orders, even though some people ordered them, extra meals - must have been someone else's that got packaged wrong? Not sure, but totally unacceptable for the price. Thank God the food is good. Slow service/no interaction with the customer(s) Not organized at all Internet order stated a 4:48PM pick up. It's now 5:04 and the 3 people who are ahead of me are still here.

Service? Slower than slow. Sandwich? A bit greasy and the hot just tastes like chemicals. And why can't I just order a sandwich? Why do I need a combo meal? And why doesn't the combo meal come w a drink? Thought it was worth the hype but nope.

This place might last, it does appear that Glens Falls and Queensbury has a demand for overpriced greased peppered chicken. In addition to being loud, with surgery room bright lights, cheesy graffiti-covered walls, and a veritable revolving door of people exchanging self respect for slow service.... the chicken is at best mediocre. the workers were very kind but we waited for over an hour for our food and people that came behind us got their food first. kind of ridiculous that we need to wait for an hour for fast food. not okay

Food was average but the service redefines SLOW. Walked out first 2 times due to long line and inability to process a crowd of orders. Garbage cans were overflowing.
