It's fast food not fine dining pal. I thought that the crinkle cut fries were awesome, both the seasoning and "doneness". The chicken was also great. Small serving? Meh- it's a big chicken tender and it was cooked perfect. Medium hot was not hot at all, really, I'll step it up a level or 2 next time- there are something like 7 levels of heat you can pick. Excellent chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches. These guys can truly make it Nashville hot style if you want spicy tears and sweat on your brow. If you prefer mild, they can make a crispy chicken to your tastes. Reasonably priced meal that run from one chicken tender and fries for $10 to two tenders and fries for $15. Probably costs less than your local pub and delivers better quality.

The restaurant in Queensbury is modern and clean. Previously I've seen the line out the door, but lucky us there was only two people in a party ahead of us. We placed our orders for 3 orders of sliders and fries then stepped aside to wait. And wait. And wait. 32 minutes from the time stamp on the receipt until our order was ready. That's ridiculous for "fast food" in a place that wasn't swamped. The chicken was good, but honestly Popeyes, KFC and Chick-Fil-A make a sandwich that's as good. As a huge Nashville chicken fan and a regular visitor of at least once a year to Nashville I HAD to check this place out. Better late than never, right? And wow this was good. The atmosphere was AWESOME! Cool graffiti on the walls and huge neon lights outside. You can't miss it / it actually draws you to want to check out the place. Service was good. My co-workers raved about this chicken and they were right. Not fried and not baked but something in between - and not greasy! Had a tender(huge) and a slider( not small at all) with fries and pickles - really good pickles and a tasty dipping sauce. Give it a try - you won't be sorry!

Giving them the benefit of the doubt that they'll iron out their service/staffing issues eventually. The food itself is good. The chicken is crispy and good quality white meat. The fries are crispy and not overly seasoned. The problem that would earn them a 1 star if it were not for the food and the fact that they just opened is the service there is a mess. I've been excited to try this new place since it opened. I was a tad worried when I saw the reviews but I'm not sure what these folks ordered because my sandwich was delicious! The flavor profile was off the hook. Sweetness coming from the medium sauce. The slaw was flavorful. And the chicken was the bomb. Also loved the fries. The service is a little slow but they just opened so...not a dealbreaker.

Went with my son a couple times. Expensive. Drinks not included with the meal. To say the slider weren't great would be a lie. A good meal, admittedly. But 40 bucks for 2 meals with a soda each stops me from going too often. However, the counter girl, Ariana, I believe, was polite and cheerful. Took our orders quickly and treated us like people should be treated. Thank you for that.

I wanted to love this place soooo bad. I just feel the chicken didn't have much flavor and it was kind of rubbery. The fries were pretty good. The Mac and cheese was very disappointing:( for the price I feel it should be a lot better. Milkshake was good!
