The managerLupe at Dave's Hot Chicken is amazing! she always provides exceptional customer servic! The food is always fresh and hot! Lupe always ensures that the wait is at a minimu! That's why she deserves a raise hands down! She's the absolute best!!!!
Probably my new favorite place for chicken sandwiches and more! Love the environment too! The place is kept perfectly clean. The music adds to the awesome space mural and decorations' 80s style. And they had excellent customer service, very welcoming and friendly! Thanks Dave's Hot Chicken!

Friendly staff good service and clean atmosphere. The chicken was spice heavy and overpowered the actual flavor of the chicken. I felt like there wasn't enough balance between the two. Love that they do crinkle fries, but mine were a bit soggy.

I work at PG&E right down the street in Concord, I came over here for a quick lunch craving some spicy chicken. I've never had these hot chicken before, I was looking at the menu and the young lady behind the register was so helpful and so sweet! Went for dinner today, the server totally messed up the order. Was not happy after spending $28- We were ready to leave, when approached by another person who asked why we didn't like the Mac n cheese. We explained, it wasn't what we wanted, she was very compassionate in listening to us. She then offered to remake the dish , so we could take it home with us. First time having Dave's Hot chicken, pretty good. I got the 2 chicken sliders MILD, with fries. I really enjoyed the sauce. They also have outdoor seating but it's too hot outside.
