We visited Dave’s Hot Chicken on a cold day and were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome we received. There were no other customers at the time, so we were served quickly and efficiently. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the person who took my order—she was very helpful in guiding us to the right portions for our kids. We tried the #1 (mild) for the kids with a mac & cheese substitute for the fries, and #3 hot for my husband and I. I ordered 3 platters - 2 cauliflower sliders platters and 1 chicken sliders platter - I received all chicken tender platters with bread slices. The tag on the bag showed what we ordered, but what we got inside was completely different and labeled completely differently from what we ordered. Very disappointing after driving over a half hour away and not finding out until we got all the way home. This is my 3rd visit to a Dave’s Hot Chicken and not been disappointed. The staff are incredible and the food is amazing! The entrance to the store is barrier free and the entire restaurant appears to be wheelchair accessible. This store does not have a drive thru. It’s walk-in only. I did not get to see the bathrooms to comment on its accessibility. I hope they build more Dave’s in center city.

Limited menu but very good. The fries are seasoned to perfection and the chicken sliders were excellent. There mayonnaise seasoned sauce is a must try.

Hopefully my son like it. I didn't order anything. I didn't like the fact they didn't convey it was a wait on tenders. I told him to go to Asad's Chicken. So we'll see if 20 min drive was with it. I'll be back with his review. Back 1 hr later. My son said he didn't like the seasoning on the chicken. The sauce was tiny for the two big tenders he got. The bread is not toasted , literally slices of bread. He said he enjoyed the fries. However, after he tried the tender with ranch dressing he said it was doable. So......
