TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

They food is great I love the hot chicken I like how they are welcoming when u come in to eat and make sure everything is okay with your food
The place had a nice crowd. Staff was friendly and efficient. The food was hot and fresh, the order was correct with modifications. Tables were clean. Only negative - no ice in the soda machine.
Staff was inviting, Nuclear spice had to sign a waiver and it's damn hot !!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't go all in
I ordered a slider and a side of Mac and cheese. The service was fast and efficient. The food itself was very well seasoned with great texture. The prices for the food are reasonable, not too expensive. I love the graphics of Dave's and the service it provides.
Plenty of parking, seating and staff! I've had Dave's Hot Chicken in 4 other states and the food is consistent! Upon taking my first bite, I was transported to the times I have had it prior in the West Coast. There is a location in NYC too that I've had. Flavor wise- I love that the heat isn't just heat burning your tongue, it's flavor! The prices are fair, they could have easily increased them with inflation and location but am glad they did not. Just super excited for this to finally come to the area. I've had them in Houston and Boston and they're my favorite. Flavor, portions, it hits the spot. Great vibes great energy I wish them great success in this area. Two tenders are huge enough so don't feel like you're being skimped. Sauce is amazing. Trust them when they tell you that their seasoning is hot. It has a kick to it and if you're not able to handle spice- tread lightly. I love the vibe and customer service also.. highly recommend!
It FINALLY happened! A hot chicken joint that caters to vegetarians. I'm so glad Dave's exists in the Philadelphia area. I saw a user on Tik Tok trying their new (limited time only) NOT chicken aka cauliflower. I'm not sure when they had their grand opening, but it was pretty busy when we stopped in tonight. Mind blowing experience. Perfect flavor on the chicken and the tenders were huge! Service was on point; friendly and helpful staff. Wait time for food was less than 10 minutes and everything tasted fresh!
