amazing tenders, perfectly cooked and juicy. fast service as well! Will be back soon!
Don't support this franchise, don't support them, they don't pay their employees. The employees receive checks that bounce insufficient funds over and over again.. The Pennsylvania location is going bankrupt because they are doing crooked activities behind the scenes. The employees work the customers are happy while being treated horrible with no pay which is against the law. When management is confronted they ghost the employees. There is proof to back this up..

Meh. The food was hot and I mean HOT! We waiting 10 minutes past the estimated pick-up time, though the guy was nice. I had placed an online order and it still somehow got messed up: there should have been 2 X-meals, so we expected a silver package (toy?) but got none. One meal was supposed to be a 10 piece, but both came as sliders. The sauces for our trio were not correct, though the online ordering is simply click boxes. Overall, decent flavor, and as the name suggests, it is HOT. I wouldnt say "ready" nor "correct".

Got food today around 4pm and I ordered online. Store was empty and still waited 15 minutes past my pickup time. The woman at the register was displeasing and unwelcoming. I went to try the mozzarella sticks within a minute of receiving the food and the cheese was solid. Are these not supposed to be gooey? Honestly felt like they were made 20 minutes before it was brought out to me. Got loaded fries as well and got 5 little pieces of chicken on top. Not really loaded with nothing on top.

Ordered takeout online and upon arrival, restaurant was not busy. Food took 15 mins longer than the time promised. Sandwich had no slaw at all on it and sauce when requested no sauce. chicken tender platter that was ordered xhot was only medium at best. So disappointed, even submitted a review then no response.

There was extra food stacking up because people were not picking it up, when the employee asked the manager what to do with it he said to get rid of it and she threw it in the trash right in front of two customers. I've seen homeless people walk there to get food and they didn't even think of saving it for them.

Ordered two medium loaded fries with six nuggets per order. Food was icy cold french fries were greasy chicken was cold to I was going to say something about the food, but my granddaughter is nine years old. She has real high anxiety and she doesn't like confrontation so I just figure we were trying it didn't like it didn't say anything. after waiting for my order for 20 mins I was given the wrong order when I returned my order the manager and staff became very ignorant toward me refusing to correct the order or give back my money they refuse to give me what I had paid for the worst experience ever
