Don't get me wrong, Dave's Hot Chicken is good. But this location is so incredibly inconsistent. It's almost as if they do it on purpose just to mess with people. Ordered a Hot #1....so extremely hot couldn't even enjoy it. Also ordered a Hot 2 piece tenders at the same time...not even as spicy, spice level was as it should be. How is that possible? Worst chicken place you can go to, it's pure trash. Could not even tell I was eating chicken as it was so dry and tasteless. Plus it's expensive and the combo doesn't even come with a drink. I seriously could have gone to the grocery store and got a frozen bag of chicken tenders and made it myself at home, and would have been a lot better than this poor excuse for a chicken fast food place, never again. Even if someone wanted to buy it for me I would say no thank you. Not sure how this place stays in business or who comes ba... read more

Found hair in my slider very disappointing since it was my first time trying it i would not recommend coming here because there very un sanitized.

Nahhhhhh bro the homie and I pulled up one night and it was actually crazy they gave us cold food. I was hella disappointed it's like they cooked the food and then let it sit for a few minutes before actually serving it to us. Nahhhhhh do better Dave's HOT Chicken
irst and foremost, this is a new place. i am not Give it a few weeks to work out the kinks. That said, I have tried the one in SLO and the new one in santa maria and the food is great. The big difference is that the SLO location has it down and consistent while SM still has work to do.
