It was our first time trying Dave's Hot Chicken today, and I can say we were pleased. We got a #2 & #3 with the hot spice level. Everything was really well seasoned my partner and I struggled with the spice level but that was on us because we thought we could handle the spice but now we know for future references that we will be getting mild. lol. It was worth the hype! they had the nugget ice that places like canes, and Chick-fil-A have, and we really appreciated that because we really enjoy that ice, so that was great ! We... read more
I consider this Dave's Hot on the average spectrum. Reason being it just wasn't flavorful enough for the chicken itself. The pickles, signature sauce, and fries were solid. Lastly, I definitely think this place is worth a try, just isn't one of my personal faves.

The Customer Service was good, Abigail had great customer service and checked on us if we needed any additional sauces or napkins. Food was okay. The chicken was over seasoned, maybe it was just this one time it happened but overall good spot.
Business response:
We see those three stars and apologize for falling short of a top-notch experience. Help us turn those stars into a full constellation—your insights at http://tellusdirect.com/dhc will be our guide.

The place was clean and the food came out fast! The manager Abigail was very friendly, welcoming, and informative about the menu. My hubby and I will definitely be back!
This is THE PLACE for chicken sandwiches. It is very expensive as far as a chicken sandwich goes but in my opinion it's the best you can get if you're craving chicken sandwiches. Only negative is the spice levels don't seem very consistent (Medium can be crazy one day while Hot can be borderline flavorless on another day). DEFINITELY recommend trying at least once!

Service was quick and the workers are very polite definitely recommend. Don't waste your time going to Raising Cane's down the street w their lame unseasoned chicken and fries
