Inside of this restaurant is pretty clean. The staffs are very friendly. I placed an order online for pickup. I went there right on time but the food was not ready. I waited about 10 minutes extra and the staff was very apologetic about it. We ordered the sliders and tenders and both were great.

I always enjoy a visit to any Dave's chicken. I can never get tired of this place. Best chicken sandwich in my opinion and that sauce is amazing!!!
I'm picky about my chicken sandwiches. Somehow they have been able to season the chicken just so the chicken is tender and moist and with each bite it is just heavenly. The service is OK. The ambience is relaxed casual. The parking lot can be a little tricky. The disabled parking is very close to the exit for the drive-through so that can be problematic. a lot of teenagers get lunch there so there's a lot of coming and going. It's busy. The restaurant looks new and was pretty clean. The guy at the counter was friendly. The chicken was pretty tasty, but I was hoping for more of a wet sauce as opposed to dry seasoning on the tenders. The "Dave's" sauce is good...but I don't know what these Ohio chicken joints won't serve BBQ or ranch. The pickles are great!

Overall, the chicken sandwich was really good. Nothing special about the chicken tender, little bit on the dry side. My order was made incorrectly, which did not bother me it happens. What bothered me was after i politely asked for it to be corrected, i received a box that was covered in sauce, spice, and grease. Drive thru service super, super slow. Waited over 20 minutes for single order. Waited so long my milkshake turned to soup. Food was excellent!

If you like Dave's Hot Chicken, this is a great restaurant. The staff was well trained. The food came out quick, accurate, and hot. The store was clean and well-stocked. If you don't know this restaurant and like chicken fingers, it's worth trying. This is especially true if you like spicy chicken. Our favorite part was the fries. They had a great seasoning on them. Stopped into the new location. First visit to Dave's Hot Chicken. Since they just opened this location 2 days prior we knew it would be busy. It was but we stayed and waited. The new employees were nice and obviously still learning the menu and registers. They were very friendly and took our order and answered all our questions about the menu.
