these people are so nice. My mama drink fell in the car because of the wind and then and then they got me another drink. They were so nice everybody was all like welcome to Dave's. Oh my goodness they're so nice!!!

The tenders were huge and freshly cooked. They were piping hot and had a great crunchy coating. Medium spice was very bland. The seasoning on the fries looked good but was just sweet and overpowered the fries.

Could barely understand the voice at the drive-through ordered a sandwich that the sauce level was spicy, as ordered. The actual chicken was barely warm and tough. Also, the curbs through their drive-through are almost impossible to get by without damaging your tires.

Disappointing Experience at Dave's Hot Chicken I was really looking forward to trying Dave's Hot Chicken, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. When I walked in, there was no one else waiting, yet I was ignored by the staff for several minutes. No one acknowledged me or even said hello. The service was extremely professional and nice but the food is NASTY! I asked for extra hot and when I got my food it wasn't even a hint of spiciness, the fry seasoning is nasty, the only good thing was the pickles.

the food tasted good but I noticed a hair on my bread and it did not match my hair at all. I am slightly disappointed that this happened. The service was good and the food was hot.The ambiance was also good but once again I am disappointed that I found a hair in my food hopefully I can get some sort of discount or something.

Great food and chicken and fries, however we stopped at the Polaris location at 10:20 on August 6th 2024 and they had the doors locked and various things scattered in the drive way so you couldn't drive up and order, there were about 4-5 staff members we could see in there. Then we tried to call the restaurant and the guy would answer and say hello and say he couldn't hear us and hung up every single time. I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes. it was at 11:30 am on a Thursday. The chicken was over cooked. They ran out of chocolate for a milk shake. No napkins or a folk for the slaw. No apologies for slowness.

Service is horrendous especially if you go at 4PM during shift change. Apparently it took them 20+ minutes to "count money", (can't be that hard to count money folks or there's something wrong), and nobody could problem solve how to handle a line of cars while they "count money". I did ask if they could use one of the other cash registers to process my order, which they replied no. Honestly I can't understand why.
