The restaurant looks new and was pretty clean. The guy at the counter was friendly. The chicken was pretty tasty, but I was hoping for more of a wet sauce as opposed to dry seasoning on the tenders. The "Dave's" sauce is good...but I don't know what these Ohio chicken joints won't serve BBQ or ranch. The pickles are great!

Overall, the chicken sandwich was really good. Nothing special about the chicken tender, little bit on the dry side. My order was made incorrectly, which did not bother me it happens. What bothered me was after i politely asked for it to be corrected, i received a box that was covered in sauce, spice, and grease. I asked for a napkin and had to clean the box in front of the employee. Customer service was terrible. Drive thru service super, super slow. Waited over 20 minutes for single order. Waited so long my milkshake turned to soup. Food was excellent!

If you like Dave's Hot Chicken, this is a great restaurant. The staff was well trained. The food came out quick, accurate, and hot. The store was clean and well-stocked. If you don't know this restaurant and like chicken fingers, it's worth trying. This is especially true if you like spicy chicken. Our favorite part was the fries. They had a great seasoning on them. Stopped into the new location. First visit to Dave's Hot Chicken. Since they just opened this location 2 days prior we knew it would be busy. It was but we stayed and waited. The new employees were nice and obviously still learning the menu and registers. They were very friendly and took our order and answered all our questions about the menu. We waited a few minutes for our food but everything came out hot and right. The sandwiches were yummy! Chicken was nice I got the lite mild. Hardly any spice might move up next time.... read more

these people are so nice. My mama drink fell in the car because of the wind and then and then they got me another drink. They were so nice everybody was all like welcome to Dave's. Oh my goodness they're so nice!!!

The service was horrible!!! The drive through had them make the wrong order. When I asked for the correct order they remade the food completely disgusting. She also forgot the sauce and honey that I requested. I threw both meals in the trash! I was the only customer at the time. No excuse. Save your money and go somewhere else!
