TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

2nd time here and the service is fast and has a friendly staff. Food is always fresh and fries are crispy. The restaurant is very clean and the has fresh air conditioning.
Came thru on opening day and food was delicious! Came back today and there were a lot less people making the experience a little better. Melissa helped me out on the counter and was super nice! Will definitely be coming back.
I have been wanting to try Dave's hot chicken for years now and I finally decided to go today. Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the super cool art on the walls and the hip vibes the place was giving off. The girl taking my order was really nice and sweet. As I look at the menu I am a little disappointed by the pricing cause it seems to be a bit high. Dave's chicken is going to give Ca-e's finger chicken a run for the money. Delicious, moist, and crispy . Pricey..but you get a lot of food. Wish soda was included.
Great customer service from Melissa and Jacob! They were all smiles as we entered and very patient with our order; considering it was our first time. I appreciated that. Fun atmosphere with cool music and a colorful ambiance. The food was DELICIOUS!
Decided to pass by to this new location and right off the bat I was greeted as came in the store. Great customer service. Jacob was very friendly and cordial. Will be coming back
Great service was welcomed when I entered ordered food chicken sandwich meal with slaw substitute .Melissa was awesome . Food came out meat was juicy . Staff even stepped out to ask how my food is if I needed more condiments . Music wasn't too loud . I had been to the other Dave's down valley a few years back I'm glade we have one on this side of the valley Now .
First time at this location and the food was really good. The pieces seemed a little small compared to when I've gone to the Palm Desert location. Really like their mac and cheese. I won't be back though because the music was so loud I couldn't even hear the associate behind the register. When I asked if they could take the music down just a bit the manager told me "well it's a loud place and I could place my order to go".
