Nathan made this a 5 star experience. I've been ordering here for a while and he's always been attentive and professional. He's on top of his work and very proper with his speech. His customer service is excellent and I appreciate that he keeps his composure and excellence even under pressure. He's a fine gentleman and I only hope the best for him.

The chicken in the sandwich was served hot and fresh, which immediately won me over. Service was fine, pretty standard. The wall and ceiling design is pretty cool tho, love the graffiti look. I will warn people that "no spice" means no seasoning whatsoever, no smoky flavor, nothing even if it's not spicy, just completely plain. "Mild" has seasonings, but no spice whatsoever so I was kinda disappointed, but maybe I'm just used to Asian standard of spice levels.

Dave's Hot Chicken is absolutely incredible! The chicken is always juicy, perfectly crispy, and packed with bold, flavorful spice. The heat levels offer something for everyone. The sides complement the meal perfectly, and the service is fast and friendly. A must-try spot for hot chicken lovers--you won't be disappointed! And Julius was great

Julius is the MVP at Dave's Hot Chicken! I stopped by Dave's Hot Chicken and had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, all thanks to Julius. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine energy and made sure I felt welcomed. He walked me through the spice levels, made a killer recommendation, and had me laughing the whole time. Julius is solid at Dave's -- he knows the menu well, moves fast under pressure, and keeps a cool head even during the lunch rush. He's especially good on register and packing orders, but can also step in on the fryer or expo when needed. Customers like him, and he's reliable. If he tightens up a bit on consistency and checks his work more often during peak hours, he could be one of the top guys there. Overall, dependable and improving.
