The food was fresh and delicious. I like the option to dine outside while enjoy the sunlight The service is a little slow due to it being a new restaurant so it's to be expected. Best thing to do is order online and pick it up at the window.

YUMMM!!! So excited it's finally open! Was nervous about going at noon, but the employees were handling the line and crowd well. Chicken sliders are a decent size for the price, chicken tenders are big. I thought 'hot' was going to be too much, but I think I can go 'extra hot' next time. Will definitely be back!

I took one for the team today and tried Dave's Hot Chicken on Woodruff Rd. There was a line outside the door, but the weather was pleasant, so we waited it out. The line moved at a reasonable pace. Inside and above the counter is a menu. The specialty is chicken and that's the only options you'll have. It's a matter of how much Chicken and how hot. We have been waiting for a casual hot chicken place to open in Greenville and I'm so glad it was Dave's Hot Chicken! I've had Dave's in California before, so I was excited to have one close by. Ordered online to finally try Dave's Hot Chicken out. Now, I like to think I'm a guy who can handle my spice. Mama didn't raise no coward. So I ordered a Daves #2, with Hot sliders. I even ordered a small thing of macaroni and cheese just to see what that was like. The fries were ok. I went to Dave's Hot Chicken expecting "hot," but what I got was regret served in a paper tray. The moment I opened the box, I was greeted by a greasy red puddle that looked like it had just lost a fight with a deep fryer. Listen, I ordered a "Dave's #1" in-store at 4:33PM and didn't get my food until 4:58PM. There were 2 people in front of me who were already sitting with their beepers and waiting. Sadly, They got their orders the same time as me. During this 25 minute period, they were pushing out orders to 6-7 different people who must have ordered online because they came in, gave a name and boom their order was in-hand instantly.
