Wow, the difference between medium and hot was quite a step in spice. But the jump from hot to whatever was after hot was insane! Finally a real spicy chicken. Made me teary and question my choice. Service was fast and decor was a vibe inside. My only complaint is the cost of the chicken and the cooking oil used to fry the chicken.

This was our second visit to this restaurant. The first time we gave it a five this time it's a 3 1/2. The hot cauliflower nuggets were really good. I recommend eating them right away. We traveled 10 minutes home and they were much softer. The chicken, tender, à la cart, was a disappointment. On our last visit, it was a very large tender to cover the whole slice of bread. This time it was three pieces of tender, trying to cover the whole bread. It was much more difficult to eat.

Tried this the other day. Wasn't much impressed. Not sure how I feel about rubbed on hot sauces. Probably won't go back.

The only thing better than the juicy chicken and seasoned fries is the service. The man who helped us, Javi, was so kind and the epitome of "service with a smile." He was very helpful with suggesting what to try, all great recommendations. The dining room was clean and very casual/comfortable for our meal.

First time here and the customer service was top tier. We rolled through pretty late so it was pretty empty but they were on it and even offered some extras. Very kind and warm. The food itself was some of the best chicken I've ever had. Definitely recommend.

They have the recipe right and love how crispy the breading is yet chicken is juicy. Fries were good too but did have a decent amount of season on them. Quantity is good and plenty and so is the price. If you don't get hung up on price you will enjoy your Memphis hot chicken. Many levels of spice to choose from.

Got the loaded fries, mild. Most delicious tender chicken I've EVER had. YUMMMMMMMM I also told the manager that we came from somewhere else that was supposed to be open and they decided they closed their kitchen early and he said what kind of business is open till 9 o'clock on a Friday?
