Never been and won't go again. Was hoping it was good-- paid $40 for two chicken tenders on a piece of bread and two sliders. Chicken quality is good, sauce and dry rub are not good. Chic fila if you want a sandwich and canes if you want tenders, and by no means will you spend $40.

Went to the Batavia location, heard mostly negative reviews online, so we thought we'd try it out and judge for ourselves. Ordered 2 #4 and 1 # 3 + 2 drinks. Wait times were long. When our number was finally called, all I saw was a small bun with just a chicken tender, dry, and sprinkled with spice powder of your likings. Kale slaw, tons of pickles, Squirt of sauce. Overpriced. Cashier asked for a tip. Nothing deserved. They never left the counter. I had to carry 3 baskets of food not even a tray. Just not worth $16 for fast food. It's chicken.

I'm not sure if this place was so bad because it was busy, or if that's just how it is. I went there and the 2nd day of opening and got the Dave's number 3 meal, with fries and a drink. When I went to get my drink, all of the types of soda were pumping out tons of syrup, barely any carbonated water. It wasn't a drink at this point, just a thick, overly sweet slurry.
