Terrible service, expensive food, took a while to even order, longer for our massive order of 2 chicken sandwiches

Just not at all good. It is loud and hard to hear when your number is called. I had a plain tender - I know, not the point of a hot chicken place - but it was weird with zero taste at all. There were dark spots on it that made me think there were feathers or it was a bone in wing. My son got hot and extra hot and while they were as expected- hot - even he was disappointed in the flavor. The sauce it comes with was "mid" (his teenage words).
