Had to walk out. Couldn't tell employees from clients. No one came to take our order. Didn't seem like they were that interested in selling food. But, due to their epic fail, ended up at a good bbq place. So it was a win win. We got good food and service and the employees could stay on their phones or what have you.
NEEDS AN ADULT Me and my girl friend ordered two orders of top loaded fries and waited 25 minutes before receiving the order whilst the store is damn near dead. We didn't see a single adult on staff in our 30 minutes no here and think that the service could be greatly improved with the presence of an employee well out of high school. The Vibe is unprofessional and service takes unreasonably long. Edit: I asked for sauce on the side instead of on the fries because I was getting it to go and they forgot the sauce. Pitiful

Reno can ruin anything! Been to Daves a bunch in Vegas and it's always been awesome. Been twice to the new one here and the chicken is lukewarm obviously not fresh. P.S. my daughter went there two days ago and also got food that was not hot despite it being extremely busy.

Chicken mad dry spice hard carries the flavor and only gave me one ketchup packet for my whole meal
