Ive never had a bad experience eating out until I came here. the wait time was fine for how packed it was, but the fries were bland, the chicken was dry yet wet at the same time, not a good combo, and i even threw up when I got home. the cashiers were nice, but one of the managers, I think Auggie, had a bitchy attitude when I tried to ask something, and I heard her tell one of the employees that they Looked happy because they normally looked depressed! Ive seen such good reviews on tiktok and had such high expectations and was let down so bad. The chicken atleast to me was plain same with the fries, which is strange as when you look at them there absolutely covered in spice's. Not only that but its also extremely expensive, which with the quality of the food the price seems far from worth it. Beyond that the drinks were good, me and my sisters got an orange cream and a choc milkshake but the containers are so small for five dollars its was a bit disappointing to finish the... read more

Just got back from here. We both ordered #3's in mild. There was no real flavor at all. Not even a whisper of heat. It needed some salt and a touch of heat . They have crinkle fries with some fry seasoning it was fine. The Dave's sauce was also bland. Not really canes sauce not even ketchup/mayo fry sauce flavor. The pickles had the most flavor of everything we had. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I'd go back and order a hotter version but only if I'm in that area of town.

I love the food and the location is always clean even with a hectic environment since they are always slammed. The only thing I had an issue with was the wait time, I waited 40 minutes for my order which was just a single combo and I finally went to ask and they said they had misplaced it and that they would make another and it would be out in a minute. The only thing that bothered me is that they didn't even apologize for the mistake and for the very long wait time
