If you're looking for the best hot chicken in Roseville, Dave's Hot Chicken absolutely deserves five stars! My wife is pregnant and has a gluten allergy, and all she could talk about was craving Dave's Bites. We weren't sure if there was any way they could accommodate her, but the staff went completely above and beyond. Customer service was amazing and they were fast during a busy time! Hot fresh food! I like that there are different levels of spice and the store was very clean and the AC felt amazing in this hot weather!

The service here was the very best I've experienced in a while. I was not planning on reviewing a Dave's Hot Chicken until after my experience. But the food was cooked just right and had the perfect amount of spice and heat. Definitely plan on using a single hand to tackle this chicken masterpiece. And with loads of napkins. We went on a rainy Monday around 8pm. It was a ghost town inside although a worker said they are usually slammed on certain days. They close at midnight most week nights and 2am during the weekends. The place was clean and a relaxing place to chill with 60's and 70's music playing. I like to order the chicken tender for value. It comes on top of untoasted white bread, which may be worth skipping to save on carb intake. Pro Tip #1: You can order the Potato Bun separately for $1, instead of paying for a slider. Pro Tip #2: For any Combo meal, you can change the Fries to either Mac & Cheese or Coleslaw for no extra charge. Medium heat level is safe to try. Maybe one day I will try Hot. I love Dave's Hot Chicken. A good meal to get is the two sliders and fries, which costs $15. What a great deal! It is totally worth it. But for my spicy lovers, get medium -- it has that kick. It will be spicy, but the coleslaw and honey in the sandwich will cool your mouth down from the heat. The service was good. They brought our meal as quickly as possible. They have bathrooms, but they are locked, so you need to ask them for the password.
