I have been dying to try Dave's Hot Chicken since I saw the line out the door at their new Reno location. Finally got the chance today while in Roseville. Nice new location. There was a decent crowd already dining, as well as a decent line waiting to order. They also have 2 kiosk you can order at. We waited about 15 minutes for our order. Nice and hot! Brand new location for Daves Hot Chicken. Clean, neat, well appointed. Kiosk or verbal ordering both available. Chicken focused fast food establishment. Batter has lots of good spices in it without heat. Many heat levels available from "no spice" to Reaper. A number of sides available including mac & cheese. The chicken tenders are HUGE and come with slices of white bread. The tenders come with a side of sauce and pickles. Great alternative for battered chicken!

People here are wonderful and the food was so good! It just takes forever and a day! I think Cane's is as fresh, and so is In and Out, and all those menus are rather limited. And they are light years faster. I really love the food, best hot chicken I know of I'm the Sac area. But the wait...

Arrived JUST before the lunch rush. Ordering on the kiosk was super easy and the prices were reasonable. We ordered the two tender combo and the single slider combo. The only disappointment was that the combos don't come with drinks so it's not really a "combo." Our food was ready within about 10 minutes. The chicken was great and the fries were cooked perfectly, not soggy but not burnt. I do think they could have filled the basket of fries more but not a deal breaker. We will be back to try more soon
