The service was not good it took 35 minutes for me to get my food after having to change my order because they didn't have what I wanted. We also didn't get a refund.

Waited thirty minutes for a slider combo. It was 5pm with mostly empty store. Seems like they were only doing door dash orders

The only reason they get two stars is because there food is pretty good. It was me and ONE other person in there whom I ordered directly after. There was maybe 5-8 people working and one was up front and the rest were in the back so safe to say they were not understaffed nor busy. So tell me why when you only have 2 orders it takes u 25 minutes. I waited and waited and it took so long. Never tried this place and I was just looking for Mac n cheese. Walked in, nobody in line but people standing all over the dining room waiting for food. Ordered two sides of Mac n cheese and was told it would be 15 minutes. How on earth in this day and age have places gone backwards? Instead of someone going into the back and taking care of my simple order, you're thrown into a que of every online order and door dasher. Do better DHC. Mac n cheese was good though.

Food ok service very very very slow they do not care how long you wait. But door dash is put ahead of anyone eating in .don't eat in. Floors not clean

ALL LIGHTS OFF AND NOONE IN SIGHT. How are your hours wrong as soon as you open, it's not like you changed hours. Straight up lying. While I was in the parking lot, I saw multiple other cars come and go as they saw Dave's hot chicken was closed and NOT OPEN like they publicly state. WTH
