The restaurant looks amazing and full of color, but thats about it. I feel like my chicken was kinda bland even tho I got medium heat. The store just opened so I'll check back in after a few months

Newly opened location. Very busy right now, we have ordered twice and both door dash and walk in are both taking longer than 45minutes. Staff is packed, not a shortage, I just think it's super busy because they are new. Food was awesome that we went back 3 days later. It's fired chicken, a variety of spiciness options. Waited over an hour for food (to go) in an empty restaurant. Was told it was "being made" after the asked 3rd update they had finally started making it. Order was unlabeled and cold. I won't be back.

I love the food and Dave's hot chicken, but I am going be honest, the customer service at this location isn't good.... it's to a point where I might never go back. I walk in at 6:25 for an order to be ready at 6:30. They tell me that it's not ready. I asked them if they will announce it when it's ready and they tell me yes. I sit there until 645. This the second time I went to the Willoughby ohio one. The first time I ordered 2 pieces chicken to try and frys. Waited 20 minutes for it. So we tried again today ordered 3 mozzarella only there new. I stood there for a half hour . For 3 mozzarella sticks. No sense of urgency,at all again. I was going to tip but put it back in my pocket. Your food is nothing to brag about but we decided to try again. Will never be back. I'll go to Cane's chicken . It's fresh there fast and great service.

I went to the location in Willoughby today and had bad food and customer service. My food wasn't hot and they're attitude was terrible when I had to go back in because my order wasn't complete.

The service was not good it took 35 minutes for me to get my food after having to change my order because they didn't have what I wanted. We also didn't get a refund.

The only reason they get two stars is because there food is pretty good. It was me and ONE other person in there whom I ordered directly after. There was maybe 5-8 people working and one was up front and the rest were in the back so safe to say they were not understaffed nor busy. So tell me why when you only have 2 orders it takes u 25 minutes. I waited and waited and it took so long.
