I love Dave's hot chicken!!! Omg this place is so good! Their chicken strips are massive and fresh! The sandwiches are incredible, paired with some toast & pickles! The ranch is really good which I'm picky about, so I was stoked on that so I could drench my chicken in it. Lol! Their Mac n cheese is really good too. First I will start by saying the food here is great! Fresh, hot, and crispy chicken! Cooked to perfection. The staff at the front desk, also a very nice guy! Only problem I ran into was with the ordering. I had a gift card, and ordered on the app for pickup. Once the order was placed, I got a confirmation number and pickup time on the app, as well as a confirmation email with the same information and confirming the charge to the gift card. Stopped in today and really liked the vibe -- bright colors, fun wall art, and the place felt clean and upbeat. I'm a total lightweight with spice so I got the No Spice option on the slider. Still really good -- juicy chicken, soft bun, and the slaw/pickle combo gives enough flavor without needing heat. Fries came out hot and seasoned well, which is always a small joy. Our family loves Dave hot chicken. But now even more because of the hospitality we got from the guy at the register, I didn't get his name. But he was genuinely a nice guy and I feel like the world needs more people like that.
Greyson made the experience the best! You can tell he's a very hard worker, and passionate about his job. He had a great, consistent attitude with every customer that walked through the door. He provided great recommendations as well. Give this guy a raise!
It's our first time trying Dave's hot chicken and we enjoyed it so much. We came 30 mins before closing but Greyson is very energetic to welcome us in. Thank you for this great experience!! Food is SO good and our server is awesome!!
