Wow! Finally got to try Dave's Hot Chicken and I definitely see what the hype is about! I'm not a big fan of spicy foods, so I got my #3 Combo with Light Mild seasoning. So so flavorful and the fries were also amazing! Food does take a while but so worth it! Come here asap!

First time I tried Dave's was in CO and was glad to see one in GA! It's located in the same complex as Trader Joe's but parking can be hard to find since it's such a busy complex! Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff that helped us with ordering. I decided to go with the #3 but should have stuck with just the slider since it was so filling! The grand opening was last month!! So glad that we have a Dave's Hot Chicken a lil closer to the Metro Atlanta area. I love this spot, of course it's still fast food but definitely a solid option especially if you are a chicken lover like me. The staff was warm and welcoming, I love to see almost a full black staff. My go-to meals are the Loaded Fries (NEW)Mini Dave's Sliders, Mac and Cheese, Kale Slaw 2 Chicken Tenders W/Cheese & Fries Hi-C Slushies Go check them out and tell them I sent you!!

It was slammed when we came here but have to credit the crew with keeping things moving, and we got our food in a reasonable time especially considering the crowd. The inside has very limited seating, nothing for parties of more than 2, and there is some street-style art on the wall for flair. There are some tables outside which can hold larger groups. Move over Gus, there is a new king of chicken on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs. I was very surprised to see the other reviews. It is hot chicken. It is meant to be hot. But you can order it with no spice at all. I ordered through the app (this is a way to go). There was a line outside the door. I don't think I'm the only person that likes this place. My daughter was so excited to check this place out this past weekend. I was surprised more people weren't there when they opened at 11am but it was great to not have to wait in line. This is a small restaurant where you walk in and order then go wait outside for your food. you can eat outside or take it with. We tried the 4 sliders with fries and Mac and Cheese. Service was very good and quick but my god, the spice is unbearable. You're not supposed to be punishing the customer for ordering any of the hot options. Its not the good kind of spice, its just pure, painful capsaicin. Why anyone would want this ordeal is beyond me. Besides that, the fries and sauce were fine I guess.

The food overall was decent nothing spectacular as I got the mild and it was fine but I would personally prefer Willie's chicken. The service was a bit slow and confusing with not a stated line. The ambiance overall was also lacking with a lack of interior sitting.
