Honestly was surprised to see a 3.3 star average. I might not be sprinting back to Dave's, but I enjoyed it. The style is closer to Nashville Hot, with a very spicy oily bite. I got two sliders, fries, and an extra kale slaw. Sliders are about 2/3rds the size of a normal sandwich, I didn't feel like I got a light portion. Fantastic food and service! The staff put in great effort and are all very happy to help! We went to the grand opening and the line was huge but everyone was having fun with a DJ there and a Photo Booth too. Food has a few spice levels to choose from and we got an order of the reaper to try in addition to our food and it was a blast to see everyone react!
Wow! Finally got to try Dave's Hot Chicken and I definitely see what the hype is about! I'm not a big fan of spicy foods, so I got my #3 Combo with Light Mild seasoning. So so flavorful and the fries were also amazing! Food does take a while but so worth it! Come here asap!
It was ok. The spicy hits though. Still gonna go back to buy more food for the spice and mac and cheese, but not really a go to place

First time I tried Dave's was in CO and was glad to see one in GA! It's located in the same complex as Trader Joe's but parking can be hard to find since it's such a busy complex! Upon entering, we were greeted by friendly staff that helped us with ordering. I decided to go with the #3 but should have stuck with just the slider since it was so filling! The grand opening was last month!! So glad that we have a Dave's Hot Chicken a lil closer to the Metro Atlanta area. I love this spot, of course it's still fast food but definitely a solid option especially if you are a chicken lover like me. The staff was warm and welcoming, I love to see almost a full black staff. My go-to meals are the Loaded Fries (NEW)Mini Dave's Sliders, Mac and Cheese, Kale Slaw 2 Chicken Tenders W/Cheese & Fries Hi-C Slushies Go check them out and tell them I sent you!!
It was slammed when we came here but have to credit the crew with keeping things moving, and we got our food in a reasonable time especially considering the crowd. The inside has very limited seating, nothing for parties of more than 2, and there is some street-style art on the wall for flair. There are some tables outside which can hold larger groups. Move over Gus, there is a new king of chicken on Roswell Road in Sandy Springs. I was very surprised to see the other reviews. It is hot chicken. It is meant to be hot. But you can order it with no spice at all. I ordered through the app (this is a way to go). There was a line outside the door. I don't think I'm the only person that likes this place.
