Food was decent, but the service was absolutely terrible. I ordered at 1:05 and didn't get my food until 1:32. When I asked, they said it was "cooked to order," but there is no universe where chicken fingers take 30 minutes. Completely unacceptable and not worth the hassle. Trash cans were also over flowing

Horrible!!! I ordered a 10 piece bites and received 5 pieces. Took it back and asked for a refund. No apology or concern with my experience. Gave me my money back and didn't say one word. Eat there at your own risk. Sorry customer service.

Slow, rude service and charging people for water cups. Said they don't do water cups... we don't drink soda, & this is a how chicken place- just strange. I'm not paying $2.50 for a soda just to get water. Went next door and got water cups. I likely won't come here again as the experience wasn't great. It took about 25 minutes to get our food, so I wouldn't say it's a quick food spot.

Terrible. The service was awful, waited 35 minutes for a sandwich and bites, they were soggy and not great tasting, really don't understand the hype very very overrated. I would never go back.

If you ever see a Dave's Hot Chicken and want to try it because it's new and a little different than all the other chicken places around. DO. NOT. DO. IT. You will find yourself standing around for over a hour waiting on your food that ends up mediocre at best.

I would definitely recommend you eat here the staff members are nice, one person who stood out to was Dj , and to top it all off the food was G R E A T
August 12, 2025 I visited Dave's hot chicken in Sandy Springs for lunch. I ordered a #1 meal and a drink which totaled $16.30. I gave the cashier a $20.00 bill and while she was digging in the register she told me she had NO CHANGE. I responded with "Well charge me $16.00 and we won't need change" !! I explained to this young that the CUSTOMER doesn't suffer from the stores neglect to properly keep cash on hand to make change. She said she couldn't do that !! POOR management !!
